Mary Schwegler is facilitating an herb study on Tuesday, November 16, 7:00 pm, via Zoom. Everyone is invited to attend, you do not have to speak, you can just listen. In line with our year's medical herbs theme, we will discuss herbs associated with digestion, so far including fennel, betony, and a few words on cascara sagrada. We can squeeze in one more speaker so let Mary know if you are interested. After the herbal discussion we will consider the theme for 2022 and begin developing a schedule and list of meeting topics.
